But this isn’t traditional strength training.
It is hypertrophy training with a Pilates-inspired feel.
We believe that gentle consistency in resistance training beats intense inconsistency every time.
That’s why we target specific muscle groups on specific days, preventing burnout and prioritizing balance that leads to better results and more enjoyable workouts.

Introducing the Montel Cycle, a 12-week progression of hypertrophy training layered week by week to build lean muscle, confidence, and resilience.
Then comes Week 13, our recovery week: a chance to reset body, mind, and soul before stepping back in stronger and more energised for the next cycle.
This rhythm of training and recovery means our community isn’t just exercising. They’re moving with intention of constantly progressing.
