Unlimited memberships are how we make sure you get the consistency, support, and transformation (inside & out) you came here for.

Our Base option is a single 12-week commitment (1 Montel Cycle). Our regular option is 24 weeks (2 Montel Cycles). We’ve structured it this way because the best, most measurable results come from giving your training at least 6 months.
Building lean muscle isn’t an overnight process. Like all the best things in life, it takes time & consistency. And it’s worth it. Increasing muscle mass means:

Within the first two weeks of our Montel Cycle, you can cancel your membership.
For the remaining 10 weeks of the Montel Cycle contract, we help you stay accountable & committed to the goals you’ve set yourself!

Because results take time, not a week, not a one-off session. Our 12-week cycle is designed to teach you proper technique, progress your strength safely, and help you actually see and feel change. Anything less, and we would be selling you a gimmick. And we don’t do short-term fixes.

Absolutely! You can attend as often as you like, but our programming is built for consistency. Unlimited training removes the barriers that keep you from program progressing. It allows you to continue challenging yourself, trying different types of classes and maybe even coming to the Studio more often than you first thought you would.
Trust us, when you experience the Montel method, you’ll be addicted to the way your body and mind feels. -
No. Strengthformer™️ is our signature, science-based resistance training method, programmed for muscle growth (hypertrophy). We love Pilates, and certainly enjoy sprinkling in elements of Pilates that make exercise feel so dang good (think breathwork, mobility, focus on control & technique). But ultimately, we exist to do what Pilates can’t.

Yes. Our coaches are trained in modifications and adjustments. We’ll tailor your plan around injuries, pregnancy, or postpartum needs, and liaise with your clinician if helpful.

Not at all. We design every session to meet you where you’re at. In every class we offer options for all levels, whether you’re brand new or more experienced. Strength training is for everyone! From day one you’ll have a private 1:1 to guide you into starting your health & fitness journey. And we will continue to check-in to keep progressing you at a pace that feels right. You’ll always feel supported here!

No. This is one of the biggest myths in the fitness industry. You don’t pick up a dumbbell and suddenly turn into the Hulk. In reality, even men who train daily find it incredibly hard to “bulk up.” What you will build here is lean muscle, better posture, and more energy. We can’t wait to break this myth down for you inside our education hub, “The Montel Members Portal."

Yes! :) At Studio Montel, we believe that training and nutrition go hand in hand. Our Studio Montel dietitian will offer you a complimentary call when you sign up, so you can talk through your goals and get personalised guidance. She has also created a library of educational resources designed specifically for our members, which you’ll find inside the Members Portal on our website.
