Not at all. Our instructors provide modifications for all ability levels. The Strengthformer springs adjust for different strength capacities, and we have 2.5kg dumbbells available for those who need lighter options. There are always bodyweight alternatives for anyone not ready for added resistance. We meet you exactly where you are — no judgement, no pressure.

Can I enrol in the middle of the Montel Cycle?
Absolutely. Our cycles are designed to accommodate mid-program joiners. We offer a complimentary 1:1 strength assessment to determine the right level for you — whether that's BASE, PROGRESSION, or ADVANCED. You'll slot right in and feel confident from day one.

Do your memberships have contracts?
Our memberships have no minimum term — just a 30-day cancellation notice. We believe in earning your loyalty through results, not locking you into a contract.

Is "Strengthformer™" just pilates with a new name?
Not at all. Strengthformer™ is science-based resistance training that prioritises muscle growth and real strength. While it may share the reformer bed with traditional Pilates, the programming, intensity, and results are completely different. Think progressive overload, not just stretching and balance.

I'm injured/pregnant — is this safe?
Safety is our priority. Our coaches are experienced in providing modifications and adjustments for injuries, pregnancy, and postpartum needs. We work alongside your clinicians when necessary to ensure every session is safe, effective, and tailored to your situation.

Will I get bulky?
No. Building significant muscle mass requires extreme, dedicated effort well beyond what our classes provide. What you will develop is lean muscle, better posture, and more energy. You'll look toned and feel strong — not bulky.

Will you provide nutritional advice and support?
Yes. We have a studio dietitian who offers complimentary consultations for new members. We also maintain ongoing educational resources so you can make informed choices about fuelling your body alongside your training.
