This Strengthformer session hones in on your pushing muscles: quads, chest, and shoulders - building strength, stability, and serious muscle tone.

This is for the one who want to lift - not just lunge aimlessly.
We’re talking glute-dominant, hamstring-heavy, quad-conscious training that actually builds strength, shape, and support from the ground up.

Strong arms. Good posture. A back that holds you up.
And don't forget shoulders that POP. This Strengthformer session targets your upper body with the right amount of resistance to build real muscle and lasting definition.

Start strong, finish sweaty. In this 45-minute session, we’ll spend 28 minutes on the Strengthformer hitting everyone's favourite muscle groups (glutes+abs). Then we’ll crank up the intensity with 12 minutes of heart-pumping HIIT! Think explosive, full-body movements that leave you buzzing, but NOT burnt out.

Strength meets stillness in this 45-minute mind-body session.
We’ll begin with 30 minutes of Strengthformerto challenge your entire body with controlled resistance and deep core engagement.

Then the lights dim, the candle burns, and we shift into 15 minutes of yoga-inspired flow or deep stretching, complete with essential oils and calming breath-work to restore and reset.

Expect expert coaching, efficient programming, and a serious endorphin hit....all before brunch!

slow burn sunday

A low-impact session designed to build muscular endurance while restoring the body and mind. Begin with 30 minutes of full-body light-weight mat-work to create a deep, controlled burn.

Flow into 12 minutes of mobility on the Strengthformer™ to release tension, then finish with guided mindfulness and the calming touch of essential oils.
Expect to leave feeling stronger, grounded, and reset.
