We’re talking glute-dominant, hamstring-heavy, quad-conscious training that actually builds strength, shape, and support from the ground up.

And don't forget shoulders that POP. This Strengthformer™ session targets your upper body with the right amount of resistance to build real muscle and lasting definition.

Start strong, finish sweaty. In this 45-minute session, we’ll spend 28 minutes on the Strengthformer™ hitting everyone's favourite muscle groups (glutes+abs). Then we’ll crank up the intensity with 12 minutes of heart-pumping HIIT! Think explosive, full-body movements that leave you buzzing, but NOT burnt out.

We’ll begin with 30 minutes of Strengthformer™to challenge your entire body with controlled resistance and deep core engagement.
Then the lights dim, the candle burns, and we shift into 15 minutes of yoga-inspired flow or deep stretching, complete with essential oils and calming breath-work to restore and reset.

This fusion class blends 25 minutes of resistance-based strength training with 25 minutes of high-energy boxing intervals for a workout that builds muscle, boosts cardio fitness, and sharpens mental focus.
Expect expert coaching, efficient programming, and a serious endorphin hit....all before brunch!
slow burn sunday
A low-impact session designed to build muscular endurance while restoring the body and mind. Begin with 30 minutes of full-body light-weight mat-work to create a deep, controlled burn.
Flow into 12 minutes of mobility on the Strengthformer™ to release tension, then finish with guided mindfulness and the calming touch of essential oils.
Expect to leave feeling stronger, grounded, and reset.
