Studio Montel Membership Structure

At Studio Montel, we believe in structured, sustainable, and powerful training.

Our membership model is built around the Montel Cycle:
a 12wk journey of progressively gaining strength,
improving your fitness and advancing your practice on
our Strengthformer™.

These 12 wks are intentionally structured to keep you progressing,
prevent boredom and help you achieve your health & fitness goals.

They are followed by a complimentary “Reset Week”… a gift from us to
you, to restore your body, mind, and heart.

Our Montel family won’t be billed every 13th wk, and instead can enjoy community events, fun challenges, education seminars,
charity fundraisers, and exclusive Montel experiences.

You will be able to enrol in a Montel Cycle with a two-week cooling off period (non-refundable),
at the beginning of each cycle. This means memberships can be cancelled within the first two weeks of the Montel Cycle.

No joining fee, automatic renewals, 14 day cancellation notice required, weekly debits. 14 day membership freeze period per cycle available.

What makes Studio Montel different is how much we care.

From the very beginning, we want to know your goals, your baseline, and exactly what you’re training for.

That’s why every member’s training here starts with a private 1:1 session, so we can help you refine your lifting technique for better results, tailor guidance to your goals,
and show you how to get the most out of your Montel training.

But it doesn’t stop there.

Throughout the cycle we’ll check in, and in Week 12 you’ll check-in again with your coach for a dedicated goal review.

We’ll celebrate what you’ve achieved, and map out the next steps to keep you accountable and supported, so that you
never stop getting stronger.

This is our way of making sure your training is always personal, purposeful, and driving you towards long-term results.
