Friday Night Youth turns the end of the school week into something to look forward to — a high-energy, judgement-free strength session designed for teens aged 13 to 17.
Built for young athletes
Whether they play sport or have never set foot in a gym, our coaches teach safe lifting technique, body awareness and confidence in a fun group setting. It's structured training, not a free-for-all.

The details
Friday Night Youth runs every Friday from 6:00–7:00pm. Spots are limited to keep coaching personal, and parents are welcome to watch the first session.
