Strength doesn't retire. Wiser Training is a small-group program built for women in their 50s, 60s, 70s and beyond who want to stay strong, fit and independent…without the intimidation of a typical gym.

Why Wiser Training

As we age, muscle and bone are use-it-or-lose-it. Our coaches use the Strengthformer (strength + pilates) method to load your body safely and progressively, so you build real strength at a pace that respects your joints and stage of life.

What to expect in the 12 weeks

  • We start with a one-on-one in person assessment to understand your goals and any limitations
  • 3 x small group sessions per week (2 in-person at our Studio, 1 conveniently online from home)
  • Sessions run for approximately 1 hr and are capped at 4 participants so every exercise is tailored and personalised to your ability
  • 12 weeks of progressive low-impact strength trainer using our unique Strengthformer machine & method, gradually and safely getting your stronger week to week
  • Nutrition & weightless guidance to help you achieve your goals
  • Weekly accountability & motivational support to help you stay consistent
