Strength doesn't retire. Wiser Training is a small-group program built for adults in their 60s, 70s and beyond who want to stay strong, steady and independent — without the intimidation of a typical gym.

As we age, muscle and bone are use-it-or-lose-it. Our coaches use the Strengthformer method to load your body safely and progressively, so you build real strength at a pace that respects your joints and history.

What to expect
Sessions run for 45 minutes, twice a week, capped at six participants so every movement is coached. We start with a one-on-one assessment to understand your goals and any limitations, then tailor each block of the 9–12 week Montel Cycle to you.
